360 Collins Street is one of Melbourne’s most prestigious buildings in the heart of the city’s historic banking district and where many of the country’s successful businesses call home.
Last year in 2017, the highly regarded architectural firm Bates Smart completed an upgrade of the lobby and lounge areas and created a new outdoor plaza for the luxury property.
The formal Collins Street entrance of the building was given a more welcoming feel through the addition of curved, textured timber, while the lounge area — which surrounds the main lift area and provides a link between the two entrances — was made more luxurious for tenants with new sophisticated and comfortable seating options including lounges covered with Pelle Leather’s Danube finish which is ideal for high traffic environment thanks to its robust and durable characteristics.
